HighSchoolFootballAmerica.com reported Thursday night that Mission Viejo High will be host for this year’s six-game Honor Bowl.

The annual event, which is known to draw some of the best teams in the country, will have games spread across three days and nights on Sept. 1-3.

Some of the top teams in Southern California – Mission Viejo, Centennial of Corona, Oaks Christian, Oak Hills and Serra of Gardena – will take part, along with teams from  Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Here is the game schdule for the 2016 Honor Bowl:

Thursday, Sept. 1

7:30 p.m: Cathedral Catholic (San Diego) vs. Central Catholic (Modesto)

Friday, Sept. 2

5 p.m.: Oaks Christian (Westlake) vs. St. Joseph’s (Philadelphia)

8 p.m.: Mission Viejo vs. Oak Hills 

Saturday, Sept. 3

Noon: Serra (Gardena) vs. St. Joseph (Montvale, NJ)

4 p.m.: Clayton Valley (Concord) vs. Helix (La Mesa)

7:30 p.m.: Centennial (Corona) vs. IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.)
