Mission Viejo defensive lineman Carter Hartmann has committed to two-time defending Ivy League champion Harvard, Diablos athletic director Troy Roelen announced Tuesday.
Hartman announced his commitment on Twitter on Sunday:
"Today I committed to my dream school, Harvard!! #GoCrimson"
Hartmann has been a key two-way lineman for Mission Viejo (10-0), which captured the South Coast League title and this week moved to No. 1 in Orange County.
The senior joins Orange Lutheran quarterback Lj Northington as a Harvard commit from the class of 2016.
