1. Fairmont Prep, 11-2: Woodbridge transfer Anjali Ghadi will make her debut on Saturday against Mark Keppel in the Matt Denning Hoops Classic at Mater Dei.
2. Brea Olinda, 10-3: Stephanie Lee and Tyiona Watkins combined to score 43 points in the Ladycats’ 78-37 win over Vanden in the Gold Division championship of the West Coast Jamboree last week.
3. Mater Dei, 7-5: The Monarchs will play Glendora and Westchester this week after an 11-day lay off.
4. Troy, 7-4: The Warriors game against highly touted Windward highlights the Matt Denning Hoops Classic at Mater Dei on Saturday night.
5. Rosary, 12-1: The Royals have won back-to-back tournaments and reeled off 10 straight wins leading up to Saturday’s showdown with Ventura, the defending 1AA champ.
6. Los Alamitos, 10-2: Sunset League play kicks off Thursday with the Griffins traveling to take on rival Huntington Beach.
7. Esperanza, 14-1: The Aztecs went 4-0 in Alaska, winning every game at the Ketchikan Tournament by an average margin of 37 points.
8. Aliso Niguel, 9-4: The Wolverines finished second in the Larry Doyle/Dan Wiley O.C. Tournament of Champions last week.
9. Orange Lutheran, 12-3: The Lancers finished third in the O.C. Tournament of Champions by outlasting Sonora, 31-28, in overtime.
10. Sonora, 9-5: The Raiders get another crack at a Trinity League opponent Saturday when they play Santa Margarita in the Matt Denning Hoops Classic at Mater Dei.
