He rushed for 429 yards and four touchdowns on 31 carries in the Highlanders’ 55-48 win over Colony of Ontario. Colony was ranked No. 1 in the CIF-Southern Section Central Division at the time. Martin, a 6-foot and 195 pound senior running back, also had a touchdown reception. He is averaging 152 yards a game and 8 yards a carry. He has scored 12 touchdowns — nine rushing and three on receptions — and accounted for three two-point conversions.
