The back-to-back state champion Orange Lutheran hockey team hasn’t shown any signs of slowing down this season.

The Lancers are 13-0-0 in the Anaheim Ducks High School Hockey League and have only played in five games decided by two goals or fewer.

Forward Grady O’Bryan is tied for the ADHSHL Division 1 lead in assists (15) and points (21), while Jacob Furry (12), Jakob Nelson (11) and Parker Brakebill (10) all have double-digit goal totals.

Orange Lutheran also has a dominant tandem in net as Conner Taherian and Tyler Kitchen are first and second, respectively, in the ADHSHL in save percentage and goals against averages. Taherian has a 1.17 GAA and Kitchen has a 1.34 GGA.

Orange Lutheran has three ADHSHL games remaining and will compete for its third consecutive state title March 3-4 at Anaheim Ice.

Santa Margarita (8-4-0) is OLu’s closest competition. Leevi Selanne is pacing the Eagles with 12 goals and 19 points. Jekabs Bisnieks is third in Division 1 with 12 assists.

JSerra (6-6-0) has put up strong efforts with Blake Reed’s 14 goals, Jake Hager’s division-leading 15 assists and Landon Pavlisin’s whopping division-lead in saves with 236.

One of the biggest surprises comes from the ADHSHL’s newest team and California’s first hockey prep school, Tahoe Hockey Academy. Tahoe has produced the league’s leading goal and point-scorer in Erik Larsson with 15 goals and 21 points.

In Division 2, St. John Bosco is 12-0-0 while Capistrano United (8-4-0) is in second place.

Servite (11-2-0) tops the all-Orange County Coast View Conference in Division 3. The Friars are led by the division’s third and fourth goal scorers, Luc Cross (15) and Bowen Frabotta (14). Frabotta is second in the division with 25 points, and Cross is tied for third with 24 points.

Edison (9-3-0) is second in the Coast View Conference with Jake Gealy tied for third in the division with 24 points.
