He pitched 9 2/3 innings over two Lions wins in the CIF-Southern Section Division 1 playoffs. Longrie struck out 10 in a shutout victory over Edison in the quarterfinals Friday. Including a relief appearance in a second-round win over Valencia of Valencia, he struck out 12, allowed one run and walked only one and that was an intentional walk. Longrie, a junior left-hander, committed to UCLA. JSerra plays Foothill today in a Division 1 semifinal at Blair Field in Long Beach
