Buena Park’s senior duo of left tackle Ryan Nelson and wide out Victor Bates have added scholarship offers, Coyotes football coach Anthony White reports.
Nelson (6-5, 243) has been offered by Central Florida while Bates (6-1, 175) has been offered by New Mexico.
The Lobos have been active recently in O.C. recruiting, also extending offers to Tesoro wide receiver Shane Coleman, Mater Dei cornerback Quentin Lake and Los Alamitos defensive lineman Joey Noble among others.
In other Buena Park football news, junior Deshaun Harvey (6-1, 190) has emerged the Coyotes’ starting quarterback, White said. Harvey is among the county passers training with quarterback guru Steve Calhoun.
