The Sea View League’s girls water polo season delivered more tight competition Tuesday.
Aliso Niguel improved to 2-0 in the league with a 10-9 victory at Tesoro.
The Wolverines (11-1, 2-0) led, 3-2, at halftime and played the Titans (8-9, 1-2) to a 7-7 tie in the second half.
In another Sea View League game:
Laguna Hills 14, Capistrano Valley 7: Bailey Lloyd scored nine goals to pace the visiting Hawks (2-0 in league).
In nonleague:
Cypress 7, Garden Grove 6: Keiana Kozai scored four goals and Courtney Izoura made 11 saves to lead the host Centurions (4-6).
Villa Park 12, Brea Olinda 3: Bri Portales and Victoria Vega each scored five goals to lead the visiting Spartans.
