2. Los Alamitos (17-3, 43)

Sunset League-leading Griffins beat No. 3 Orange Lutheran in December, thus the ranking over Orange Lutheran.

3. Orange Lutheran (16-4, 40)

Joseph Riley’s clutch 3-pointer gave Lancers got their most-important win of the season with a 62-61 win over Santa Margarita.

4. Santa Margarita (13-7, 37)

Eagles have three losses in January, but don’t discredit them for it; those losses are teams that are a combined 50-10.

5. Crean Lutheran (15-3, 22)

Saints are 5-0 in Academy League, with average margin of league victory 38 points.

Okpala is the star, sure, but Aztecs get plenty of rebounding and defensive contributions from others like Brendan Harrick and Travis Kettering.

10. Edison (17-4, 10)

Chargers get chance to avenge their one Sunset League loss when they play host to Los Alamitos on Friday.
