Crestview League-champion Golden Hawks lost to eventual champ Huntington Beach in quarterfinals.

7. Fountain Valley, 21-11 (19)

Barons finished second to Huntington Beach in the Sunset League and were the last team to beat Huntington Beach.

8. Capistrano Valley, 14-17-1 (14)

That record does not look great, but Cougars did win championship of the always-tough South Coast League.

9. Dana Hills, 25-7 (11)

It was a year of impressive wins and some disappointing losses for the Dolphins.

10. Aliso Niguel, 17-14 (3)

Wolverines ended season with four straight losses, started it with doubleheader sweep of Huntington Beach.
