OCVarsity’s Kenny Connolly takes a final look at each league race through the Week 10 games on Friday night. He breaks down the winners of the league title and playoff spots, and how the other teams fared.

NORTH HILLS LEAGUE (SOUTHERN DIVISION)

At stake: Top two teams in league are guaranteed a playoff spot in the Southern Division. Three at-large berths are available.

Canyon (4-6, 3-0): The Comanches’ 28-14 win over El Modena on Thursday night gave Canyon the North Hills League title. They’ll host a playoff game next week. 

Brea Olinda (5-5, 2-1): The Wildcats will be the North Hills League’s No. 2 representative in the playoffs. They defeated El Dorado on Friday night

El Modena (3-7, 1-2): The Vanguards will wait until Sunday to see if they’ve been selected as an at-large team. 

El Dorado (0-10, 0-3): The Golden Hawks finished the regular season winless after dropping its last game to Brea Olinda on Friday night.

Brea Olinda 2-1
