NORTH HILLS LEAGUE (SOUTHERN DIVISION)
At stake: Top two teams in league are guaranteed a playoff spot in the Southern Division. Three at-large berths are available.
Canyon (4-6, 3-0): The Comanches’ 28-14 win over El Modena on Thursday night gave Canyon the North Hills League title. They’ll host a playoff game next week.
Brea Olinda (5-5, 2-1): The Wildcats will be the North Hills League’s No. 2 representative in the playoffs. They defeated El Dorado on Friday night.
El Modena (3-7, 1-2): The Vanguards will wait until Sunday to see if they’ve been selected as an at-large team.
El Dorado (0-10, 0-3): The Golden Hawks finished the regular season winless after dropping its last game to Brea Olinda on Friday night.
