OCVarsity’s Kenny Connolly takes a final look at each league race through the Week 10 games on Friday night. He breaks down the winners of the league title and playoff spots, and how the other teams fared.

SEA VIEW LEAGUE (SOUTHWEST DIVISION)

At stake: Top two teams in league are guaranteed a playoff spot in the Southwest Division. Three at-large berths are available.

San Clemente (9-1, 4-0): The Sea View League champs closed out the regular season with a 56-15 win over Aliso Niguel on Friday. The Tritons will wait until Sunday to see if they’ll be awarded one of the Southwest Division’s top-two seeds.

Trabuco Hills (6-4, 3-1): The Mustangs closed out the regular season with a 55-14 win over Laguna Hills on Friday. They’ll enter the Southwest Division playoffs as the Sea View League’s No. 2 representative

Capistrano Valley (7-3, 2-2): The Cougars did not earn a guaranteed spot, but with their record, they stand a good chance of receiving an at-large spot. Their three losses came against El Toro, San Clemente and Trabuco Hills (all ranked in the latest CIF poll).

Aliso Niguel (4-6, 1-3): The Wolverines are out of playoff contention after suffering a loss to San Clemente on Friday.

Laguna Hills (1-9, 0-4): The Hawks have been eliminated from playoff contention.
