OCVarsity’s Kenny Connolly takes a final look at each league race through the Week 10 games on Friday night. He breaks down the winners of the league title and playoff spots, and how the other teams fared.

PACIFIC COAST LEAGUE (SOUTHWEST DIVISION)

At stake: Top three teams in league are guaranteed a playoff spot in the Southwest Division. Three at-large berths are available.

Corona del Mar (9-1, 5-0): The Sea Kings kept its hopes alive for the Southwest Division’s No. 1 overall seed with a 14-0 win over Northwood on Friday.

Woodbridge (7-3, 4-1): The Warriors will go into the postseason as the PCL’s No. 2 team.

Northwood (7-3, 3-2): The Timberwolves will be the PCL’s No. 3 representative in playoffs.

Irvine (6-4, 2-3): The Vaqueros defeated University, 35-16, on Friday. It will wait until Sunday to see if it will earn an at-large berth in the Southwest Division playoffs. They appear to be a strong candidate for an at-large spot.

Beckman (4-6, 1-4): The Patriots are out of playoff contention.

University (3-7, 0-5): The Trojans have officially been eliminated from playoff contention.
