OCVarsity’s Kenny Connolly takes a final look at each league race through the Week 10 games on Friday night. He breaks down the winners of the league title and playoff spots, and how the other teams fared.

**Note: The Empire League has one game remaining on its schedule. Tustin is home against Kennedy on Saturday. 

EMPIRE LEAGUE (SOUTHWEST DIVISION)

At stake: Top three teams in league are guaranteed a playoff spot in the Southwest Division. Three at-large berths are available.

Valencia (9-1, 5-0): The Empire League champs ended the regular season with a 28-0 win over Pacifica on Friday.

Cypress (8-2, 4-1): The Centurions will enter the postseason as the Empire League’s No. 2 team.

Tustin (5-4, 2-2): The Tillers season comes down to Saturday’s game against Kennedy. Winner claims the league’s third playoff spot. The loser will likely pack it up for the season.

Kennedy (5-4, 2-2): The Fighting Irish will have to wait for Tustin in Week 10. That game will decide who gets the league’s third guaranteed playoff slot.

Pacifica (2-8, 1-4): The Mariners are out of playoff contention.

Western (1-9, 0-5): The Pioneers are out of playoff contention.
