OCVarsity’s Kenny Connolly takes a final look at each league race through the Week 10 games on Friday night. He breaks down the winners of the league title and playoff spots, and how the other teams fared.

TRINITY LEAGUE (PAC-5 DIVISION)

At stake: Top three teams in league are guaranteed a playoff spot in the Pac-5 Division. Two at-large berths are available. Servite earned one of two at-large berths in 2013.

St. John Bosco (9-1, 5-0): The Braves will likely be the Pac-5 Division’s top-seeded team after their 58-34 win over Santa Margarita on Friday night.

JSerra (9-1, 4-1): The Lions beat Servite, 38-21, on Friday night. They will enter the playoffs as the Trinity League’s No. 2 representative.

Mater Dei (8-2, 3-2): The Monarchs 49-13 win over Orange Lutheran on Friday wrapped up the league’s third guaranteed playoff spot.

Santa Margarita (6-4, 2-3): Despite losing to St. John Bosco on Friday, finishing in fourth place in the Trinity League should be more than enough to get the Eagles into the Pac-5 Division playoffs as an at-large team.

Servite (4-6, 1-4): Despite its record, the Friars are still a very strong at-large candidate. The Friars will find out Sunday morning if their season will be extended.

Orange Lutheran (4-6, 0-5): The Lancers’ season ended Friday night with a 49-13 loss to Mater Dei.
