Popovec is a center back for the Eagles and an OCVarsity “Player to Watch” for 2014. He was second team all Trinity League last season for an Eagles team that was undefeated in league and Trinity League champions. His classes include AP Calculus, AP Economics, Honors Physics, English 4, American Civil War History and Introduction to Law. He is involved with the school’s Christian Service program volunteering regularly in the community. His top college choices include Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Santa Clara, and the University of Texas. He plans to major in Engineering.
