Here are the selections for the all-Southern California girls water polo teams as voted upon by Southern Section coaches. The final number to the right is the number of votes players received. Register player of the year Makenzie Fischer of Laguna Beach was the lone unanimous pick, though 2013 Register player of the year Haley Wan of Santa Margarita missed that distinction by a single vote.

Orange County fared well with 11 first-team selections on the 12-player first team. A list of schools who participated in the voting are listed below. This voting process also occurs after the boys season.
