The sophomore guard was named the MVP of the Vernie Ford Tip-Off Classic after averaging 25 points, four assists and six steals in victories over Savanna, 82-12, Godinez, 85-12, Esperanza, 91-20, and Canyon, 46-37, at Fullerton High.
