Jones avenged a loss in last year’s South Coast League individual tournament against Sophia Bott, defeating the San Clemente senior in straight sets this past week. Jones, a junior, will lead Tesoro in the first round of the CIF-SS Division 1 team tournament against Calvary Chapel Tuesday.
