The senior quarterback threw three touchdowns and rushed for another as the Mustangs defeated host San Clemente, 44-37, in the CIF Southwest Division final. Jacobs tossed touchdowns of 12 and 24 yards to Jake Breeland and a 5-yarder to Noah Thompson on fourth down for the go-ahead points in the fourth quarter. Jacobs tossed 10 TDs in the playoffs.
