Huebscher had two excellent games for the No. 8-ranked Eagles.
The junior attack player had three groundballs, three goals, one assist and seven draw controls in a 13-10 victory Tesoro.
Then against Los Alamitos, Huebscher had three groundballs, two draw controls and three goals.
“Lena showed leadership this week in our games,” said Coach Artie Spruill. “She led our attack with her continued drive to push the ball to goal.
“She came up with critical draw controls for us in the Tesoro game which helped us to a victory. Lena has been working hard all season to become a threat on the attacking end for our team. I am proud of the accomplishments she has made this week.”
