Hein is a backup quarterback for the Spartans. He has played in five games this season, and he has completed four of seven passes for 67 yards and one touchdown. His classes include Art of Digital Photography, AP English Literature, AP Physics C, AP Government, AP Macroeconomics and AP Statistics. Hein is involved in the National League of Young Men, a program that provides leadership, service, culture and protocol opportunities for young men in their community while at the same time strengthening the mother-son relationship. He is treasurer of the American Chemisty Society Club and Vice President of the Red Cross Club. He participates in Club Interact. Hein would like to attend UCLA, Stanford, Cal or Cal Tech.
