Attackers Kate Pipkin and Ellie Reid each scored three goals and goalie Carlee Kapana made eight saves to help Newport Harbor’s No. 3 girls water polo team improve to 2-0 in the Sunset League with a 9-3 victory against visiting Edison on Wednesday night.
Sierra Page made 12 saves for Edison (8-10, 1-1), which trailed, 5-2, after three periods.
