The junior led off the winning 200- and 400-yard freestyles and swept the 50 and 100 freestyles to help the Sailors beat Los Alamitos, 87-83, in the Sunset League. His leadoff swims in the 200 free relay (22.00) and 400 free relay (47.80) were faster than his individual victories and helped the 200 free relay clock a county-leading 1:27.03.
