OCVarsity’s Kenny Connolly takes a final look at each league race through the Week 10 games on Friday night. He breaks down the winners of the league title and playoff spots, and how the other teams fared.

GARDEN GROVE LEAGUE (SOUTHERN DIVISION)

At stake: Top three teams in league are guaranteed a playoff spot in the Southern Division. Three at-large berths are available.

Garden Grove (9-1, 5-0): The Argonauts will likely be the Southern Division’s top-seeded team when playoff brackets are released Sunday. Garden Grove finished league play on Thursday night with a 35-14 win over Santiago.

Los Amigos (6-4, 4-1): The Lobos will be the No. 2 representative out of the Garden Grove league.

Rancho Alamitos (8-2, 3-2): The Vaqueros wrapped up the league’s third guaranteed playoff spot with a 63-13 win over La Quinta on Thursday night.

Santiago (7-3, 2-3): The Cavaliers are right on the fence going into selection Sunday. They’ll need an at-large berth to get into the playoffs. With seven total wins, Santiago has a valid argument for receiving one of three at-large bids.

Bolsa Grande (1-9, 1-4): The Matadors have been eliminated from playoff contention.

La Quinta (1-9, 0-5): The Aztecs have been eliminated from playoff contention.
