Outlook:

The Saints were expected to be a middle-of-the-pack team in 2008, but they surged to a second-place finish and a playoff berth behind an offense that averaged 30.2 points per game during league. The Saints will be forced to rely on a bevy of new players as they try to build on that success this season. They have a total of three starters returning. Senior running back Bobby Peralta (1,200 yards in 2008) will be the workhorse on offense.
