Playoff dates: First round (Feb. 18), second round (Feb. 20), quarterfinals (Feb. 24), semifinals (Feb. 27), final (March 4 or 5).
CONNOLLY’S COMMENTS: Based on the schedule it has played, you have to like Rosary’s chances at making a run in 4AA. The Royals finished third in the Trinity League behind only Mater Dei and Orange Lutheran, going 4-0 against 1AA at-large teams JSerra and Santa Margarita. . . . Nikki Miller and Becky Obinma are two talented post players who can flat out dominate the boards, and Camille Lira established herself as the go-to backcourt threat, scoring double figures in seven straight games to close out the regular season. . . . A potential semifinal matchup against a consistently solid St. Paul program would be a great game to see. The Royals have a chance to do something special.
