The No. 1 singles player for the Vaqueros, Gea is also one of the school’s top academic performers. He is currently taking AP Physics, AP Chemistry, AP Calculus, AP Government and AP English Literature. He is a member of the school’s Quiz Bowl club, the Math Club, and the Science Olympiad. Gea will attend MIT next fall and hopes to major in biomedical engineering with a secondary major in computer science.
