Garcia captured her third consecutive CIF State title when she defeated Kennedy’s Miyuki Pugrad, 3-1 in the 126-pound final, Saturday at the Visalia Convention Center. Garcia won two matches by fall and defeated Maddy Tung (Santa Monica), 4-2 in the semifinals. Garcia also won state titles at 108 pounds as a freshman and 121 pounds last year.
