The UC San Diego-bound Conklin led the Stallions to their best season in team history, averaging 14.7 points and 6.5 rebounds. She scored a season-high 34 in the playoffs against Charter Oak of Covina, hitting 6-of-7 3-pointers.

REILI RICHARDSON

Brea Olinda, G, So.

The Ladycats improved as the season went on just as Richardson emerged. She led Brea in scoring at 15.8 points per game, averaging 19.3 a game in the playoffs.

PAOLA ROA

Huntington Beach, G, Sr.

Roa’s 17.3 points per game helped the Oilers to a 26-3 record in one of the most successful seasons in school history. She scored a season-high 30 in a win over Kennedy and had 29 in a playoff win against Montebello.

BARBARA SITANGGAN

Troy, G, So.

Sitanggan picked up a Warriors team that lost most of its scoring from last season and carried them to a Freeway League title. She averaged 14.6 points and 4.6 steals per game, putting on a special show in the state playoffs by bringing Troy back from a 10-point halftime deficit to beat Camarillo.

ANDEE VELASCO

Mater Dei, G, Jr.

Velasco was second on the Monarchs in 3-point shooting and dished out a team-high 4.4 assists per game. Her biggest play of the year came in the playoffs, when her game-winning basket defeated Etiwanda.
