The CIF-SS Division 3 softball championship game between Sunny Hills and Righetti of Santa Maria has been scheduled for Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Bill Barber Park in Irvine.
The Lancers (21-8) are the only county team playing in a title game. They advanced to the finals with a come-from-behind victory over La Serna of Whittier, 6-5, in the semifinals on Tuesday.
Righetti (26-7) beat La Habra, 14-1, in the other Division 3 semifinal and has outscored its four playoff opponents by a combined score of 37-4.
