County teams could be involved in all six CIF-Southern Section championship games Saturday at Honda Center.

The section released sites, dates and times for its basketball finals Monday.

The 2AA game begins Saturday’s Honda Center schedule at 10 a.m. Canyon and Foothill play in 2AA semifinals today, with Canyon at home against Canyon of Canyon Country in one semifinal and Foothill home against Westlake in the other.

The 2A final is at noon. Tustin plays at Calabasas in one semifinal today with Sonora home against Oak Hills of Hesperia in the other.

If Mission Viejo wins its 1AA semifinal home game today against Long Beach Millikan, it would play in the 1AA final at 2 p.m. against the Long Beach Poly-Inglewood winner.

The 4 p.m. 1A final will have the Perris-M.L. King of Riverside winner against the Villa Park-Temecula Valley winner. The Open Division final at 6:30 p.m. will feature the J.W. North of Riverside-Mater Dei semifinals winner against the Redondo Union-Chino Hills winner. The final game of the night, the 3AA championship game at 8:30 p.m., has Santa Margarita against Brea Olinda.

JSerra plays Oaks Christian of Westlake Village in the 4AA final Friday at 7:15 p.m. at Azusa Pacific University. Saddleback Valley Christian plays San Gabriel Academy in the 5AA final Saturday at 8:45 p.m. at Godinez High.

Tickets will be available at the participating schools Wednesday afternoon. Prices are $10-$15 for Honda Center games, $7-$13 for games at Azusa Pacific and $5-$12 for games at Godinez.

• The basketball season continues after the section championship games with the CIF Southern California Regionals, the qualifying tournament for the CIF State Championships. The Regionals finals are March 22 at Citizens Business Bank in Ontario.

• There is an Open Division in the state tournament. Teams selected to the Open Division and brackets for the Open Division and the other five enrollment-based divisions will be announced Sunday.

• If Mater Dei wins its Open Division semifinals home game today it would be 30-0. It would be its 10th consecutive season with 30 or more wins.

• The morning after their loss to Brea Olinda in the 3AA semifinals, 14 Servite basketball players took part in their usual Saturday session of working with special needs children in the Yorba Linda Basketball Challenger Division. The Servite players’ participation was not mandatory.

• All-CIF guard Sean Harman did not play for El Toro in the Chargers’ 64-52 road loss to Perris in a 1A quarterfinal Friday. Harman incurred an ankle injury earlier in the playoffs. No Charger other than Tanner Aguera scored more than seven points in the Perris game.

• Sonora senior guard Josh Rodriguez has scored 63 points over three playoff games.

• JSerra senior guard Johnnie Vassar is one of eight competitors in the nationwide Marines Slam Dunk Challenge. Go to the Marina Slam Dunk Challenge’s Facebook page to review video of the contestants’ dunks and to vote for the winner. The first round of voting ends March 14.
