Where do I go to enter information into OCVarsity.com?
Access the OCVarsity Admin tool at: http://admin.ocvarsity.com

How do I get a username and password?
Coaches or their designated statistician can request a username and password by calling us between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. daily: 714-796-7804.

What if the password you gave me doesn’t work?
Call us at 714-796-7804 (between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. daily) and we will resolve the problem.

What do the To Do, Schedule and Roster tabs in the Admin tool do?

You can enter game results through the To Do tab, schedule games in the Schedule tab, or enter player information and statistics in the Roster tab.

How do I enter my team’s game result into OCVarsity.com?
Click on the To Do tab at the top left of the admin tool. A list of your school’s games for the week, in all sports, will appear. Use the scroll bar beneath Sport to filter to see only your team’s sport, and click Go. A list of the games for the week will appear. If the game you want to enter is not there, read on.

How do I enter a game that isn’t in the system?
Click on the Schedule tab in the admin tool. Use the scroll bar beneath Sport to select your sport, then press the Go button. Click on New Game in the top right area of the page to enter a new game. Or, to enter multiple new games at once, click on the (s) next to New Game.

How do I update a game that has changed?
Find the game by clicking on the Schedule tab in the admin tool. If the game is not this week, adjust the Start Date and End Date so that the game falls within the correct time range. Or, click on All to display every game for the season. Click on Edit next to the game you would like to adjust to change game information.

How do I add my team’s roster?
Click on the Roster tab on the right side of the admin tool. Click Add Player to or Add Players to enter the information.

How do I edit a player’s information or add a photo?
In the admin tool, find the correct team roster by using the scroll bar under Show Rosters For and clicking Go. Click on the desired player’s name. The control to add a photo can be found here. Please crop photos to 100 pixels wide by 120 pixels tall so the photos will display properly.

Where do I go to enter player statistics?

In the admin tool, find the correct team roster by using the scroll bar under Show Rosters For and clicking Go. Click on Edit Stats, which appears to the right of each player’s name, to edit their statistics. You can enter statistics from each game here. If you’d like to enter a season total only, click on Add Override. You can then enter their season totals.

Why do my roster photos look funny?
Our site displays roster photos best when they are sized 100 pixels wide by 120 pixels tall. You can crop your photos to the correct size using Photoshop, or a free Web service, and re-upload the photos in the admin tool.
