Keith Ryan and Diggy Riley helped mold Edison into a tight-knit squad that went on to capture the school's first CIF-SS title.
The Division I champions set county and division records in the medley relay.
The Chargers also captured the ultra-competitive Sunset League. They were third at the Millikan Southern Section Relays, set three meet records and won a fourth event.
