Undefeated Tesoro made its first appearance of the season in the Pac-5 rankings, as the CIF-SS voters took notice of the team's victory over Mission Viejo.

The rankings released Monday had the Titans (6-0) at No. 9, one spot ahead of the team, Mission Viejo, they beat 31-14 on Friday. The Diablos (5-1) dropped from No. 2 to No. 10 this week.

Long Beach Poly (6-0) continued to hold the No. 1 spot in the Pac-5 top 10, with Orange Lutheran, Los Alamitos, Crespi and Edison rounding out the top five.

There are four county teams ranked No. 1: Fullerton (Southwest Division), Laguna Hills (Southern Division), St. Margaret's (East Valley Division) and Saddleback Valley Christian (Northeast Division).
