1. Troy, 20-7

In drawing the No. 8 seed in the regional Open Division, the Warriors make the trek up to Fresno to play a Clovis West team it has already lost to by 27.

2. Fairmont Prep, 21-8

The Huskies host a fellow Southern Section Open Division squad in Lakeside when the Division I regionals begin on Wednesday.

3. Brea Olinda, 23-7

The Ladycats are the No. 4 seed in the Division I regionals and will host Eastlake of Chula Vista on Wednesday.

4. Mater Dei, 20-8

The Monarchs’ road to a third consecutive regional finals appearance begins Wednesday when they host Eagle Rock.

5. Orangewood Academy, 19-9

The Spartans play Carson on Wednesday in Division II regionals; they beat Carson, 62-57, in December.

6. Rosary, 25-5

The Royals will look to carry their championship momentum into the Division III regionals as the No. 1 overall seed.

7. Huntington Beach, 22-8

If the Oilers can knock off Poway on Wednesday, they will likely play Mater Dei in Saturday’s second round.

8. Esperanza, 26-4

The future is bright for an Aztecs program that is brimming with talented freshmen and sophomores, including center Samantha Fries.

9. Sonora, 21-8

Meghann Henderson will be greatly missed, but the Raiders welcome back a solid duo in Lainie James and Elizabeth Yoshitake next season.

10. Orange Lutheran, 21-7

The Lancers will graduate their top three scorers from this season – Kylie Edwards, Jessi Matson and Kimi Scudday.
