Division I
HUNTINGTON BEACH (39-0) vs. LOYOLA (26-4)
Where/when: Cerritos College, 7:30 p.m.

Outlook: For the second consecutive year these two teams meet in the regional finals after facing off in the CIF-SS Division 1 finals. Last week, Loyola lost to the Oilers in four sets. TJ DeFalco led the Oilers with 21 kills. The Oilers will be looking for their 64th consecutive victory. They’re also looking to become the second team to repeat as SoCal Regional champions in Division I. The Cubs accomplished the feat in 2009-10.
Division II
CORONA DEL MAR (29-3) vs. ESPERANZA (30-6)
Where/when: Cerritos College, 5 p.m.
Outlook: Corona del Mar has swept its first opponents in the regionals. In the semifinals, the Sea Kings used a balanced attack, led by Ryan Moss (nine kills) and Joey Martino (nine kills), to beat South Pasadena, 25-18, 25-16, 25-20. The Aztecs won the CIF-SS Division 2 title last week and are looking for their second consecutive regional title. Both teams are led by smart setters, Ryan Heller for Esperanza and Matt Ctvrtlik for Corona del Mar.
Division III
SADDLEBACK VALLEY CHRISTIAN (35-3) vs. LAGUNA BEACH (26-6)
Where/when: Cerritos College, 3 p.m.
Outlook: The Breakers lost in the CIF-SS Division 2 final, but have swept through their two opponents in the regionals. Laguna Beach is no stranger to success in the regional tournament. The Breakers won titles in 2009, 2010 and 2011. SVC captured its second consecutive CIF-SS title by sweeping Garden Grove in the Division 5 final last week. This will be the Warriors first regional finals appearance.
