El Toro water polo defender Maddy Damato, who helped the Chargers capture their first CIF title last season, has committed to Princeton, the senior in a text message Thursday.
Damato was the CIF-SS Division 2 player of the year last winter and is having another strong season for the No. 6 Chargers.
She ranks as one of the top 2-meter defenders in the county.
