Ted Crego has resigned as football coach at Century because of health concerns, the school announced Monday.
Crego, 58, suffered a major stroke in 2007. He coached from a wheelchair during his five seasons running the Century program.
In 2013, Century had one of its better seasons in recent years. The Centurions finished 7-3 overall and were fourth in the Orange League with a 2-3 record.
