The three-year varsity swimmer is taking AP psychology, international business and communication studies, a ROP EMT course and two online college classes on fire technology. Cozza plans to attend Santa Ana College and enroll in the fire academy. He aspires to become a firefighter/paramedic. Cozza works as a Newport Beach lifeguard. He has earned multiple scholar athlete awards along with the ABC character award. Cozza tied for 14th in the 100-yard freestyle at the Sunset League finals with a time of 49.65 seconds and helped the Chargers place fifth in the 200 free relay.
