When it comes to impressive swimming history, Orange County is hard to beat - at any level.

One of its richest areas, of course, is high school.

So who is the county's top high school swimmer the past 20 years?

Well, there may be no better place to start a list of the county's all-time greats than in 1989 - which marked the final high school season of arguably the greatest high school swimmer the county has ever seen.
