The swimming league finals in the South Coast and Sea View leagues have been moved up one day to Thursday at Capistrano Valley and El Toro, respectively, because of weather concerns.
Concern about lightning on Friday prompted the discussion. Lightning could stop meets and prevent qualifying times for the CIF meets next week.
The South Coast varsity-only boys meet is set for 4 p.m. on Thursday while the Sea View varsity-only meet wil start at 3:15 p.m. at El Toro.
