OCVarsity’s Kenny Connolly takes a final look at each league race through the Week 10 games on Friday night. He breaks down the winners of the league title and playoff spots, and how the other teams fared.

OLYMPIC LEAGUE (NORTHWEST DIVISION)

At stake: Top two teams in league are guaranteed a playoff spot in the Northwest Division. Four at-large berths are available.

Maranatha (10-0, 4-0): The Minutemen finished with a perfect regular season mark and will likely be the Northwest Division’s No. 1 seed in the playoffs.

Heritage Christian (5-3, 1-1): The Warriors host Whittier Christian on Saturday. The league’s second guaranteed playoff spot will likely come down to its week 10 game against Valley Christian, who possesses and identical record. Win out, and they’re in. Even if they lose to Valley Christian, heritage would be a worthy at-large team at 6-4.

Valley Christian (5-3, 1-1): The Crusaders play last-place Village Christian on Friday. A win should set up a Nov. 7 showdown with Heritage Christian – the winner getting the league’s second guaranteed playoff berth. Like the Warriors, a 6-4 Crusaders’ team would be a good candidate for an at-large berth.

Whittier Christian (1-9, 1-3): The Heralds season came to an end in a loss to Maranatha on Friday night.

Village Christian (4-4, 0-3): Three straight league losses knocked the Crusaders out of the playoff conversation early.
