OCVarsity’s Kenny Connolly takes a final look at each league race through the Week 10 games on Friday night. He breaks down the winners of the league title and playoff spots, and how the other teams fared.

SAN JOAQUIN LEAGUE (EAST VALLEY DIVISION)

At stake: Top two teams in league are guaranteed a playoff spot in the East Valley Division. Four at-large berths are available.

Saddleback Valley Christian (10-0, 5-0): The Warriors capped off the regular season with a 54-40 win over Santa Clarita Christian on Thursday. SVC could very well be one of the top four seeded teams in the East Valley when brackets are released on Sunday.

Capistrano Valley Christian (7-3, 4-1): The Eagles clinched the league’s second guaranteed playoff spot with a 41-19 win over the Webb Schools on Friday.

The Webb Schools (6-4, 3-2): Friday’s loss to Capistrano Valley Christian means the Webb Schools will need an at-large berth to extend its season.

Santa Clarita Christian (4-6, 2-3): Santa Clarita finished the regular season with a 54-40 loss to Saddleback Valley Christian. The Cardinals seem like a longshot for an at-large berth into the playoffs.

Fairmont Prep (2-7, 1-4): The Huskies have officially been elimiated from postseason contention.

Southlands Christian (1-8, 0-5): The Eagles have officially been eliminated from playoff contention.
