Scouting report: The Jaguars want to end Westminster’s two-year reign at the top of the league standings, but they have to do it with a team that has 15 new starters. Sophomore quarterback Marcos Avalos leads an offense that has just four starters returning. The defense, which allowed a league low 18.8 points per game last season, will be led by linebacker Kenari Drayton and defensive tackle Christian Rodriguez. Safety Mateo Lopez is expected to add some stability to the secondary.
