The senior defensive end (6-1, 210) racked up three sacks and forced a fumble to help the Knights secure an automatic playoff berth with a 17-0 victory against Esperanza in a Crestview League finale. Campbell set up Foothill’s first score by forcing a fumble on a sack, leading to a 26-yard field goal by Evan Mickelson early in the opening quarter. Campbell also helped Foothill hold Esperanza to 72 yards offense. “Outstanding,” Foothill coach Doug Case said of Campbell’s performance. “We need to get to the quarterback.”
