Zach Taylor
Buena Park
He passed for 370 yards and five touchdowns in a 42-35 nonleague win over Esperanza. the 6-foot, 187-pound senior has completed 69 percent of his passes this season for 885 yards and 13 touchdowns with two interceptions. His touchdown passes against Esperanza were 71, 15, 82, 72 and 25 yards. Taylor was All-Freeway League first team last season. Buena Park does not play this week. The Coyotes play their final nonleague game Oct. 2 at home against Western. They open Freeway League play Oct. 9 at Fullerton.
