Gage Brymer

University

The sophomore was perfect this past weekend, leading University to a first-place finish at the National All-American Tennis Tournament in Newport Beach. Facing some of the top junior talent in the country, Brymer won all four sets he played in No. 1 singles and all four sets he played on the team’s No. 1 doubles team. On his way to a place on the all-tournament team, Brymer faced Robbie Mudge from R.J. Reynolds High School in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Mudge was previously undefeated in his high-school career (96-0) before falling to Brymer.
