Scouting report: First-year coach Charlie TeGantvoort is taking on a rebuilding project with the Saints, who have won one game in the past four years. TeGantvoort wants to instill a competitive attitude within the program, and he has some players who will help him do that. Danny Perez will play a big role at running back, and he’ll also line up at strong safety. The strongest unit on defense will be the linebacking corps, which consists of Ricardo Sosa, Jorge Castelan and Romero Valdillas. The Briseno twins – Jonathan and Jorge – will be counted on to make plays offensively and defensively.
