Crean Lutheran completes its “Crean sweep 3-peat” featuring a national private school record in the 200-yard individual medley by Ella Eastin — a stunning 1:53.90 for the Stanford bound senior.
Eastin later broke the O.C. record in the breaststroke.
Laguna Beach’s boys also won a team title to go along with its boys water polo crown in the fall. That’s a rare double for boys.
And Sonora sophomore Taylor Ault had a major meet, signaling her arrival as a major rising star from North County.
